We installed a 6′ high perimeter fence made of the concrete masonry units to provide the yard with privacy from the surrounding city. The yard actually fells much larger with the fence around it. Plenty of room for a workshop, swimming pool, RV parking, etc.
The 2nd stucco coat was applied yesterday and needs a couple days to dry before paint. It’s starting to look like a house now from the outside.
Day #1 of the rough framing is under our belt and the master bedroom addition is almost completely framed. You’ll notice the pre-engineered trusses for a vaulted ceiling.
